Tech Rider
TECHNICAL RIDER -Presenter agrees to provide sound system for performance. -Artist requires 2 (Two) Wireless mics be made available for performance. -Artist requires an operator (DJ) with laptop to coordinate/play backing tracks during set. -SECURITY, HEALTH, and SAFETY: Presenter warrants that performance area will be of sufficient size to safely conduct Show, is of stable construction and sufficiently protected from weather, and that there will be adequate security and/or emergency medical responders available if foreseeably necessary. Presenter maintains sufficient personal injury/property insurance for Venue sufficient to cover foreseeable claims. -MERCHANDISE AGREEMENT. Artist shall be allowed to sell merchandise before, during and/or after the Performance, as long as the merchandise is the property of Artist and has a relevance to the Performance. Presenter will provide one six-foot table and 2 chairs to Artist for merchandise sales. Artist must provide the staff, signage, and any and all sales tools needed for the merchandise sales. -GRANT OF RIGHTS: The Artist and Presenter agree that this Agreement is for the provision of live performance services on the date listed above only and thus does NOT grant any other rights or licenses whatsoever including, but not limited to, the right to record the performance by any means whatsoever nor any future use of the performance(s) in any manner.
HOSPITALITY RIDER
-Artist normally requires one (1) hotel room for 2 nights. -Artist requires one case of water on day of show. -Artist requires one 750ml bottle of Greygoose. -Artist requires one large bag oreos. -Artist requires a secure area out of view of spectators before and after the show.
Set List & Pricing
SET LIST and PRICING Lextronic performs musical entertainment services. We provide a professional, high quality and entertaining musical Performance to the requirements set forth by our agreed contract. Most opening performances consist of a minimum 30 minute long set including all original songs . The starting rate is $700+hospitalities for venues under 300 occupancy, and $1000+hospitalities for venues over 300 occupancy and/or festivals. Most headlining performances consist of a minimum 45 minute long set including all original songs . The starting rate is $1000+hospitalities for venues under 300 occupancy, and $1250+hospitalities for venues over 300 occupancy and/or festivals. A set list with exact songs can easily be made available during time of contract signing.
